41 year old Jason Chamberlin is dead after a fatal crash on Van Buren in Riverside.
Officials say he was driving a pick-up truck at an unknown rate of speed when he collided with an intersection signal post at Whispering Spur.
Chamberlin was not wearing a seat belt but was also not ejected from the vehicle.
CHP continues to investigate the collision.
