Brennon Solt has been identified as the victim of the fatal hit-and-run accident on Beach Blvd in Westminster.

Police are still looking for a driver who allegedly hit and killed a man on Beach Blvd in Westminster.
The Orange County Register reports that they got several calls reporting a man lying on Beach Blvd near 23rd St shortly before 2am.
When cops arrived on scene, the saw the man laying in traffic lanes. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Due to damage in the area, officials believe the vehicle was gray with front windshielld damage.
Beach Blvd was closed between 19th and 23rd for the investigation.
