Christopher Wright, David Hale and Keith Yackey all will be on three years of formal probation for their stunt that jammed traffic on the 101 Hollywood Freeway two years ago.
All three made a plea deal to felony conspiracy as well as misdemeanor charges of public nuisance and interfering with law enforcement. They’ll have to do 35 days of community service as part of the sentence, reports the Los Angeles Times.
Back in October 2010, the band stopped their truck on the 101 freeway and blocked traffic while they performed. The truck driver took off with the keys. The band was able to perform for about 20 minutes until they were swarmed by cops.
