LAPD is asking drivers to avoid the area of Victory and Topanga after an explosion.
Brian Humphrey from LA Fire reports that it occured in an electrical vault and two vault lids within a half mile area were displaced in the blast.
One woman has a minor injury and is being taken to the hospital.
