38 year old Jason Halbert is dead after a fatal accident on the 215 in Perris.
Officials say he was driving a pickup truck northbound on the 215 around 2am on Sunday, October 21.
Halbert was not wearing a seatbelt when he lost control of the truck and flipped over. He became trapped inside and later died from his injuries around 2:50am.
CHP Temecula continues to investigate this crash.
