Craig Engstrom is dead after a fatal accident in Mission Viejo.
Officials say he was driving down Alicia Parkway when for unknown reasons he left the road between Jeronimo and Muirlands. He plunged on to the railroad tracks below.
Engstrom was pronounced dead at the scene. There was no train involved.
