24 year old Michael Paul Marlo is dead after a fatal accident on the 91 at Beach Blvd in Buena Park.
CHP reports indicate the car slammed in to the center divider around 2:40am and rolled several times. Witnesses said that a man was ejected from the vehicle and that it was on fire.
The car ended up landing on Orangethorpe Ave so now lanes of the freeway were blocked. However, CHP was running traffic breaks as of 7:30am to collect evidence.
