Traffic is jammed on Cahuenga as crews repair an earlier water main break between Barham and Lankershim.
It initially happened around 2:30am and ended up spilling over on to the lanes of the 101 NORTH.
The rupture was stopped but crews were still working on it as of 9:00am.
Traffic is being diverted on to the freeway. The Barham off-ramp is also closed.
