13 year old Joshua Roberson is dead after a fatal crash in Upland.
Officials say he was a passenger in a 1996 Plymouth Neon that was travelling westbound on Arrow Hwy around 10:48pm on Monday, October 8.
The Neon was struck by a 2004 Dodge Truck that had been heading south on Campus Ave, causing it to spin out and slam in to a carport. That carport partially collapsed.
The driver of the truck fled on foot. Police later found suspect Kyle Bahensky at home and took him in to custody.
It is unknown if alcohol or drugs played a part in the crash.
