Traffic on the 710 SOUTH remains jammed after an earlier accident at Pacific Coast Hwy.
Reports of the crash came in around 7:10am. Witnesses told CHP disptatch that a Chevy Blazer hit the center divder and collided with a white SUV. One person was trapped inside and unconcious.
Both cars came to rest at the right shoulder but there was some debris in the right lane.
710 SOUTH traffic is stop and go from Atlantic/Bandini.
It is unknown when the crash will clear.
