32 year old Ryan Gutierrez is dead after falling from a truck on to Magnolia Ave in Riverside.
The Press Enterprise reports that police found him laying unconcious on Magnolia Ave near Hole Ave shortly after 2am.
Witnesses said Gutierrez was in an argument with a man collecting shopping carts. He grabbed hold of the guy’s truck and then fell as it drove away.
Gutierrez died at 2:52pm at Riverside Community Hospital.
Investigators are looking for the driver of truck who left the scene after Gutierrez’s fall.

This is my Son Ryan who lost his life that night and was left in the road and run over like he was a stray dog, the police department refuse to follow any leads our family has, they allow the street people to give them false information and obstruct justice on this MURDER investigation,
he was not homeless living on the street, he had recently broke up with his girlfriend who lives in that area, and was waiting for her to come home from a family visit.
He was not even involved in an argument with the driver it was another individual which he had befriended, yes he did climb on the truck while “Derek” was arguing with the driver because the driver drove up trying to solicit sex from a woman named Jazzy or Jasmin whom “Derek”
claimed to be his girlfriend. Evidently the man driving was not a stranger to Jasmin…………..this is useless I’m going to a higher up and demand justice,and I’m contacting the media and letting them know how Ryan and ourselves (his family)have been treated, I cannot even get the detectives to give me a courtesy call back. I’ll post more tomorrow, and for the publics knowledge, the man…no not man, I would be insulting the men who read this, the gutless piece of trash who killed my son and then ran like a scared …………..from the scene was not collecting shopping carts at that hour of the morning and if he was, why didn’t the police go from store to store in that area and identify who delivers or returns carts to them? and then they say there are no photos of the accident or intersection, bullcrap, if you or I ran a red light they would send a ticket and a photo of the incident that would include the license plate number, am I not correct?
